Robin Hood Country Campsite in Edwinstowe

Everything for a relaxing campsite and camping stay amongst nature

Sherwood Forest Holiday Park is a beautifully peaceful camping and touring park based on the banks of the River Maun in the heart of Robin Hood Country. The site really is a haven for wildlife, surrounded by woodlands, mature trees, fields and lakes, forming a picturesque backdrop to your family touring adventures, whether that be in a tent, caravan or motorhome. Our park is home to peacocks, ducks, swans, geese, squirrels and all manner of creatures, the ideal place to get away from it all and relax amongst nature. With forest trails and endless possibilities to escape into the wilderness, how will you spend your time with us?

Our park is spread over fifty two acres, with the site itself landscaped into several smaller districts, which provides a more intimate and personal feel. Each of our pitches offer different experiences for our guests, with some more suited to young families, being closer to play parks and other amenities. We will always try to cater your pitch dependent on what you want from your break, whether that be a leisurely adventure with the kids, or a peaceful getaway away from it all. All areas and pitches on our park are just a distance from toilet blocks, shower and disposal facilities, which are cleaned regularly by our dedicated and friendly team.

Touring Campsite Now Open Again

After what seems like a lifetime, we are pleased to announce that our holiday park is now open again. As part of this first phase, and abiding by current government guidance, we are unable to open our toilet blocks. Campers at our park will need to have their own self-contained toilet facilities until at least Monday 17th May. Our offices are now open again and we are taking bookings daily during our normal opening hours. For those who have left a message via phone, we will get back to you as quickly as possible. You can also now request a booking and view availability on our website.
