Facilities Blocks Open

Attention all campers! With the recent relaxation of restrictions, we are now pleased to open the toilet blocks at our holiday park to guests and visitors. These facilities are to be used at your own risk, and we do still urge that guests use their own facilities wherever possible. Our toilet blocks open with unrestricted access to the toilets and hand wash basins, with our showering facilities available on a booking only basis.

When using the toilets please be courteous to others, and do check the amount of people in that particular block when entering. A safe social distance does need to be observed and maintained at all times. When using our facilities, please be aware that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and that our blocks will be closed for cleaning and fogging several times a day. These times will be noted at the entrance to each of our facility blocks. Where a block is closed for cleaning, it will be locked with no access given for one hour, until the space is safe for guests to enter again. During these times, the next closest block will be open and available, just a short walk away.

With regards to wash facilities, following advice from our governing body the BHHPA, our showers are currently restricted access and will be managed on a booking only basis. This process ensures that we can minimise household mixing, with cleaning regimes in place before each bubble enters, for an allocated time of 15 minutes. The facility block closest to our reception will be used as a dedicated shower block, available between the hours of 9am till 5pm every day. We request that customers book their slot seven days in advance, in person at reception post check-in, and to use these facilities with respect for others. At any one time, there may be hundreds of visitors staying on our site, so please do bear that in mind when booking your slot, as spaces will be limited. Bookings will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

To close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank those guests who have stayed with us since opening our park five weeks ago. It has certainly been a learning curve for us all. We thank visitors for their patience and for following our rules, put in place for the safety of everyone. As a team we look forward to a busy summer, with availability already quite limited in the school holidays and at weekends, as parents look to treat the children to a break away from home. If you do intend to book a stay with us, please do check our availability calendar and make your reservation today to avoid disappointment. We hope to see you soon, safe travels and enjoy your stay.
